Campaigns

Kixo campaigns help your team reach audience members through email and push notifications using the same events, user properties, and segments you analyze in chat.

Campaign workflow

  1. Choose or describe the audience you want to reach.
  2. Ask Kixo Chat to draft the message or build it manually.
  3. Review the segment, creative, schedule, and delivery channel.
  4. Approve the campaign before it sends.
  5. Measure opens, clicks, push opens, and downstream conversions.

Email

Use email campaigns for onboarding, lifecycle messaging, product education, announcements, and reactivation. Kixo can draft email copy from a plain-language goal, then you can review and adjust it before sending.

  • Audience segments from user properties and behavior
  • Personalization with profile traits
  • Preview and approval before delivery
  • Open, click, and conversion tracking

Push notifications

Push campaigns target web, iOS, or Android users after the SDK and push provider credentials are configured for the project.

  • Segmented targeting from Kixo audience data
  • Scheduled and triggered delivery
  • Push received, opened, dismissed, and action tracking where the SDK supports it
  • Attribution back to campaigns and downstream goals

Tip

Try asking Kixo: "Create a reactivation push for trial users who have not opened the app in 7 days. Show me the segment before sending."

Workflows

Workflows combine events, waits, conditions, and messages. Start with a simple lifecycle path, then let Kixo suggest missing events or user properties before you automate more.

Example workflow:

  1. User signs up: send a welcome email.
  2. Wait 3 days: if activation has not happened, send a reminder.
  3. Wait 7 days: if the user is still inactive, create a reactivation task.

Note

Campaigns work best after your SDK identifies users and sets durable properties such as plan, subscription status, country, and boolean tags like subscribe or vip.
